Ken Wolf soloed in 1964 and is ATP rated with 6,000 hours total time. He is also helicopter rated. He has enjoyed continual aircraft ownership since 1970. During his 45-year career as an eye surgeon, Dr. Wolf was an invited visiting professor aboard Project Orbis, a charitable DC-10 flying eye hospital, teaching interna- tional eye surgeons. Over many years he instructed at locations as close as Cuba and as remote as Ethiopia, Bulgaria, India, China, Bangladesh, Peru, Latvia and multiple other sites. During his professional career, Dr. Wolf was an Aviation Medical Examiner having been trained in the U.S. Air Force as a flight surgeon during the Vietnam conflict. Dr. Wolf retired three years ago at age 78 and is cur- rently polishing both his flying and golfing skills. He and his wife live in Jacksonville, Florida, and Lewiston, Maine.
