CPPP course binders have been printed at regional print centers by Office Depot and shipped to CPPP course locations since mid-2010.
Binders are 1-1/2 inch clearview 3-ring binders.
Cover is the CPPP Participants Binder, printed in color, and inserted into the clearview cover.
Contents are 12 sections separated by printed tabs. Office Depot provides a file upload capability and document assembly tool. Each course will have a PDF file printed 2-sided black-and-white, usually 2-up or 4-up for really long handouts. Tabs will have two lines printed with the course name.
Course handout will be a copy of the presentation slides printed 2-up or 4-up depending on the number of pages in the handout. Note: the best way to accomplish the largest image per slide is to use the print dialog box for layout. On a Mac with PowerPoint in the Print Dialog box, choose the Layout option, select 2 or 4 up, Single Hairline box, then save to a PDF file.
COPA has an online account with Office Depot with login copa_adm and password the 6-letter name from the street address of the COPA office. Once uploaded and assembled, reordering is pretty easy.
