I am a current CSIP and former Cirrus Factory Instructor. Testimonials are available on my website. 

I have experience flying and instructing across the US (46 states so far) and before I was at Cirrus I was flying Weather Modification for the State of North Dakota performing thunderstorm research in a Cessna 340. So I have some great experience in adverse weather conditions that gets incorporated into the training.

Hi everyone, I just got back from another great training trip! This one was from Las Vegas to NC by way of Death Valley, Flagstaff, San Antonio, Baton Rouge, Savannah with a student pilot in an SR22. We will be finishing up his PPL this spring and then on to the Instrument if he is up for it :).

I have a few new posts up on my Blog, with the rest of this trip and some pictures up by the end of the week. I hope you enjoy.

I also provide acquisition assistance to those who are looking to purchase an aircraft for the first time or just someone who wants an experienced person working with them throughout the purchase process. I can help with everything from finding a broker, an insurance company, providing a pre-buy flight, evaluating potential aircraft, ferrying the aircraft back to your location if you aren't able to pick it up, or we can pick it up together an train on the way back to your home airport. 

Even if you aren't in the NC area, I can travel to your location and train with you at your home airport. I look forward to flying with you.

I have the latest pictures up from a first solo in an SR22 last week!

Just completed a great SR20 Transition last weekend. Chicago to Savannah, Ga. We were lucky enough to get some good actual along the way. The private pilot I was working with was able to try his hand at instrument flying. He was already contemplating getting his instrument rating, but I think after getting to hand fly an ILS to 800' with 2 miles visibility he is convinced!

It was great getting to meet some of you at the CPPP last weekend in Atlanta. Hats off to the instructors and Rick for putting on a great weekend! Mark

Thanks to everyone, Its been a busy few months. Unfortunately I was unable to fly with everyone that was interested. I have been training 60-70 hours a month, not counting ground or travel time, trying to keep up. I am now booking for late Aug. If you are interested in training give me a call anytime.

M9 is right around the corner. I look forward to saying hi to everyone.

What a great day. Nothing like having a student solo, and even better when it is in his SR22. Big Congrats Chip!!

Hi Everyone, Its been a busy month already. As you can see above, I am working with a Student pilot in Louisiana (who just soloed :) ), I completed a Transition Course in Connecticut over the weekend and tomorrow I head to Asheville, NC to work with another new owner on his Transition Training. Our plan during his training is to head from NC to the UP of Michigan and then over to the East coast weather permitting. I am also excited to be starting an instrument rating next week!

I was able to Demo a SR22T last week with Mike Matthews from Cirrus, which I am currently writing a review on.

Blog posts on all of these activities will be on my my site by this weekend.
